DMCA Takedown Policy

StreamView respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), StreamView will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the StreamView service if such claims are reported to StreamView's Designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content hosted on StreamView infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information to the Designated Copyright Agent:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for StreamView to locate it
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification with the Designated Copyright Agent containing your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury.
